We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with experience in operations to be part of the Rappi ADS team.

The ADS Team

Rappi’s Advertising Area builds all the marketing tools for Restaurant and Makers on Rappi. The Restaurant Ads product kicked-off in the second half of 2020, the Ads product currently serves on a monthly basis thousands of Restaurant Partners by giving them the tools they need to grow and thrive on our platform and beyond. Brands and CPG ads have been around for 6 years and have disrupted the industry by providing makers with reliable tools to grow on Rappi and beyond

Rappi Advertising has been growing fast to become central to Rappi’s monetization strategy and Rappi’s tech revolution in the region.

We're looking for a talented Associate Product Manager to help us to shape the future of Advertising at Rappi

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
What You'll Do?- Be responsible for improving our billing capabilities and working the CRM team to build the improvements needed for the commercial team in Advertising- Work closely with centralized Rappi’s Commercial Tools area to make sure the Advertising area needs are accounted for in the backlog- Maintain and build analytics on billing and CRM- Translate analytics into insights to inform Product and Commercial decisions- Maintain the backlog of the “commercial tool” squad in charge of Ads placements- Follow day to day operations of the placements and communicate efficiently to leadership

**Required Skills**:
- Strong analytical mindset- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Operations- Problem solving- Pressure management- Agile executing- Experience working with teams that build tech products- Ability to break complex problems down into executable pieces

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

Background- 1-4 years of professional experience; a mix of operations and product is ideal (tech, consulting, banking, international CPG)- Experience with Jira and ticketing system- Familiarity with Excel and SQL required- R, Python or other programming languages are a big plus- Hunger for huge impact and the energy to make the impossible happen- English and Spanish- Portuguese is a plus
