- The User Experience team creates new shopping experiences that help users get anything they want in stores around them in the fastest way possible. We create an intuitive experience to solve consumer’s problems like the discovery of a large selection of stores and products, offers but also personalization, recommendations and search.
We are looking for our new product manager to lead a product squad and deliver the next level of shopping experience in Latam.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop deep understanding of problem, identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas
- Define your squad strategy backed up by strong business rationale and lead the execution to deliver results iteratively
- Lead a cross functional team of engineering, design, analytics, operations, marketing, local markets through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that drive growth
- Ship features to delight millions of Rappi customers all across Latam and improve their access to grocery shops, pharmacies or even shop for anything in their cities.
- Define what success looks like and measure your team impact to consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions.

**Key Requirements**:

- You can craft a vision for your team and articulate strategies and tactics to deliver results
- You know how to lead problem discovery, analyze solutions and prioritize ruthlessly
- You've been in the trenches with your team and have a proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
- You’ve already collaborated with UX/UI designers, developers and other product team
- Experience in product management for customer facing products at fast paced environments
- You are comfortable leading presentation to c-level executives to defend your product vision and strategy
- Spanish and English mandatory, portuguese is a plus
