Qualifications**
Knowledge + Experience**
- 2+ years of experience as an IT sourcer.
- Experience working with high-volume recruiting projects.
- Experience working with technology companies/projects.
- English level (minimum B2).
- _Nice to have: _Experience with an ATS and related experience with headhunting firms.
**Soft Skills**
- Goal-oriented predominant workstyle.
- High communication level, being able to manage different roles and projects at the same time without losing focus and organization.
- Multitasking and planning.
