As a **Back Office Specialist,** you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Accounts Payable (AP): Efficiently manage and process accounts payable transactions.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee accounts receivable functions, including timely invoicing and collection activities.
- Claims Management: Handle claims processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Credit & Collections: Implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain financial data in the company's systems.
- Invoice & PO Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of invoicing and purchase order processing.

**Minimum requirements**:
**Studies**: A high school degree is required. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finances, or Logistics related.

**Knowledge**: Must know Excel (basic/intermediate level).

**Experience**: At least one year of experience in accounting and/or billing as an AP. Experience in administrative tasks.

**Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the US Calendar.

**Contract**: Indefinite term contract

**Location**:Only for Medellín. This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe.
