As a **Backoffice** **,** you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and administrative processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Process and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable).
- Perform invoice and purchase order (PO) entry, matching, and validation in financial systems.
- Manage and track payment claims, disputes, and resolutions in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring consistency with accounting standards.
- Follow up regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, or payment issues.
- Handle data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing related reports.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Education**: Desirable Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, or an administrative-related field. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**:At least** 1 year of experience** with related roles. Experience in logistics is a plus.
- **Language**: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract
- **Location**:On-site Medellín.
- **Salary: 2**.850.000 COP.
