**Urgent Role -: Infrastructure Analyst** **Location - Colombia à the city is Bogota. Need onsite** Job Summary: - Manage and Optimize the Infrastructure and Information Technology Services according to the needs of the Company to ensure the availability of Services, with Windows Servers, Lan Network, Wan and Wifi. Support the support team with the Attention and Technical Support to End Users. Define 2-3 immediate performance objectives for this role and 1-2 strategic/big picture deliverables. (These will help you form goals for the new hire): - Manage the Infrastructure and Information Technology Services of the Company. - Supervise the Attention and Technical Support to End Users. - Offer options for technological improvements without raising the budget. - Maintain the availability of services at 99% per year Education, technical knowledge and type of experience required.
