**Who We're Looking For**:
We’re hiring a Microsoft CRM Application Specialist to support the implementation of our marketing automation efforts across multiple aesthetic clinic partners. This role will focus on configuring and customizing **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** to handle highly variable customer journeys and sales workflows, ensuring a clean and scalable rollout across our clinical network.
**Responsibilities**:
CRM Configuration & Customization
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for new workflows and customer journeys.
- Set up modules across Sales, Service, and Marketing, and automations.
- Ensure high configurability and scalability across clinics maturity levels.
- Clear understanding of how to create impactful customer journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between technical (engineering, product) and business teams (partner operations, marketing, finance).
Support the integration of third-party systems and custom features with developers.
**Requirements**:
- ** 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.**:
- Solid understanding of CRM and ERP concepts, including workflows, entities, permissions, and data import/export.
- Previous experience managing CRM implementation projects
- Excellent communication skills English (C1 level).
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Familiarity with aesthetic clinics, healthcare systems, or B2B partner/franchise-style environments.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and third-party integrations.
