In this role, you will be interfacing with design, front-end, platforms, analytics, as well as our PM and QA teams; towards that end, you enjoy working across teams to solve hard problems using technical expertise. Agile development is second nature. Not only will you be expected to participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retros; you'll be expected to help improve our ceremonies. You strive for quality, and are obsessed with unit tests, automation, and squashing any bugs that sneak through. But it's more than that: you'll use our product, realize "hey that's not what I expected" and figure out how to make it better for everyone. **Responsibilities**: Stay on top of new technologies and trends in the mobile space Analyzing data from user feedback surveys to determine the effectiveness of new features or product designs Managing projects involving multiple developers in order to ensure that all deadlines are met Creating and maintaining a list of bugs or issues identified during testing, along with a description of the steps required to reproduce them Confidently ship moderately sized features and improvements with mínimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects. Participate in Tier 2 or Tier 3 support rotation to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues. Work with Product Managers, Designers, QE etc. teams to take any project from inception to completion Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience of developing in iOS native / Android native / React Native Indepth knowledge of Xcode and Android SDK. Experience using various tools to gather crash logs, console output and network traffic logs. Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Python Utilized Appium Server & Xcode 9.3 for iOS Automation, Android Studio & UiAutomatorViewer for Android Automation is a plus In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Swift and Java Systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams Strong understanding of the engineering stack, and how each piece fits into the whole Experienced with software engineering best practices such as design patterns, code reviews, unit and integration testing etc. Experience with Software Development processes such as design, planning, implementation, maintenance & documentation You have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
