**Financial Analyst**

Location: LATAM (Remote)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST, Monday to Friday

**About the Role**

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll support the agency’s operational success by overseeing core financial activities, improving reporting processes, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fiscal operations. This role will report to and collaborate with our internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial workflows.

**About You**

You’re a meticulous and reliable financial professional who thrives on solving problems, finding inefficiencies, and streamlining processes. You're confident handling a wide range of financial tasks and possess a strong sense of ownership. You enjoy working independently in a remote team environment and have excellent communication and analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Submit all new JotForms for new clients and make updates for departing clients or invoice changes.
- Manage the invoicing channel (collaborating with internal teams for oversight).
- Review accounts receivable (AR) for any concerning accounts and communicate findings.
- Code all expenses in Tallie to the appropriate accounts; investigate irregular transactions or new vendors.
- Track advertising spend for ADC and flag anomalies or overspending.
- Monitor work-in-process and assist with tracking for project-related budgets.
- Maintain and file state-level forms and handle taxes, payments, requests, and refunds through Secretary of State and Labor Department sites.
- Collect and maintain contractor agreements and W9s.
- Support clients with payment issues related to BillerGenie, W9s, or banking details for payments.
- Review bonus calculations from management and send accurate figures to ADC for payroll processing.
- Send monthly financial statements to MCC.
- Review invoices before distribution each month (invoices provided by ADC).
- Support the rollout and verification of antivirus software installations.
- Complete required questionnaires for workers’ compensation insurance policies.
- Assist with the annual review of key financial and compliance documentation, such as cybersecurity policies and payment-related forms.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of the U.S.based financial operations, tax filings, and compliance.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate clearly in English.
- Comfortable with remote work in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.
