As an **Operations Support **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Build loads in the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Quote Drayage freight, providing competitive and timely pricing.
- Track and trace Drayage and truckload shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform other related tasks as needed to support the Drayage and truckload operations.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:A high school diploma is **required**. Additional studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or related fields in Logistics are considered a **plus**.
- **Experience**: Over **1 year** of experience in bilingual customer service, operations or logistics (freight transportation). Logistics experience is desirable.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.**, following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**: Only for **Bogotá**. This position could be remote **(Bogotá)**.
- **Salary**: 2.800.000 COP.
