**What you will do**
Position title: HR Total Rewards Young Professional
Location: Colombia - Hybrid work set-up (Remote and office when required)
Duration: Temporary up to 2 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and control of required documents for hiring purpose (Benefits documentation)
- Participate in Compensation surveys
- Develop personnel movement reports and assist with salary files and compensation data for monthly audits
- Assist for internal communications related to C&B
- Assist employees providing clarification for compensation, benefits and well-being matters
- Review TR tickets on EIC, and provide answer as appropriate
- Perform compensation analysis and position Benchmarks
- Support benefit administration for Colombia, México, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica & Panamá
- Assist with Bonus plan assignment audits and bonus calculation
- Assist on special projects
**What you bring**
**Education**:
- Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Finished Internship
**Requirements and Experience**:
- Fluency in English
- Spanish desirable
- Advanced knowledge in MS-Office package (mainly excel)
- Ability to deal with numbers and mathematical calculations
- Good analytical skills
- Oriented to results
- Sense of urgency
