Do you want to help Scotiabank STOP Fraudsters from taking our customer’s money ? As a key part of the Fraud Operations team, you will be part of a dedicated group looking to improve on Fraud prevention. The Fraud Operations team plays a critical role with a focus on our client’s ability to serve Scotiabank’s customers on a daily basis to prevent Fraud.

We’re looking to add to our team with influencers, creators and leaders who are flexible, curious, adventurous, versatile and responsive; and who are ready to roll up their sleeves in a collaborative and productive environment to get things done.

**What You Will Bring to Succeed**
- 1 to 3 years of working experience with business systems analysis or similar.
- Familiar with and capable of working in technical environments that utilize Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Demonstrate comfort in working independently to manage multiple small and large projects
- Capability to analyze business and user needs.
- Working experience with documenting and working with Business Requirements
- Time management and organizational skills in order to effectively manage multiple items
- Proven interpersonal, communication (verbal/written/presentation) and negotiation skills in order to build consensus and obtain cooperation from both users and senior management.
- Knowledge of Branch or Non-Branch operations and procedures is an asset.
- Knowledge of Retail Deposit and Investment products is an asset.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
