igital Sales promotes and sells Banking and Payment portfolio to Financial institutions, focusing on digital services being Digital Banking, Digital Payment and Digital Commerce. He or she is a combined profile capable to distribute his time between Hunting and Farming (CSM) activities. Hence, he or she is in charge of the opportunities follow up and reporting, from pre-sales to final acceptance of the delivery and invoicing, but with a clear focus on Hunting activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Put in place and execute hunting sales strategy, targeting existing customer and prospects
- Present and promote the Thales Digital Portfolio
- Build and maintain detailed pipe of opportunities
- Define and contribute to customer’s strategy formulation, opportunity identification and deal closing, along with Account manager and Sales manager
- Defend internally business case and price to win
- Maintain a reliable forecast in order to ensure proper reporting and capacity plan
- Report market needs, opportunities for solutions and services, competition activity and recommendations on product definition
- Liaise and coordinate with internal technical resources to meet customer expectations.
- Attend to required product training, but also learn and investigate proactively whenever it is required
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: BS Computing Systems from a top college or university - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales in banking products and solutions.
- Strong Technological Knowledge about the Payment Industry
- Project Management notions is a plus
- Advance English
