**Primary Purpose**
Make times and methods analysis of machines and equipment
Make process flow analysis looking for lean manufacturing and for a better material flow
Identify and support improvement opportunities in key areas that improve safety, quality, increase efficiency and reduce costs / losses, following the phases of the DMAIC methodology
Prepare and send local / regional reports
**Main Responsibilities**
- Calculate the production standards by code / product family and by machine
- Calculate the change time standards by type and by machine
- Propose changes in the distribution of machinery and NPT
- Design and implement component supermarkets guaranteeing the FIFO system
- Make the value stream map by product line
- Calculate and analyze the weekly and monthly OEE indicator by machine
- Prepare the capacity plan by machine for 3-5 years
- Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate the list of improvement projects focused on their respective areas with EPC
- Identify opportunities for improvement of best practices of other plants
- Execute focused improvement projects
- Support project teams in the implementation of focused improvement projects
- Calculate baseline savings for projects and calculate real and forecast savings
- Define the monitoring indicators for the results obtained from the closed improvement projects
- Perform downtime coding maintenance in PC-Factory and PMS
- Manage the recognition events of the completed focused improvement projects
- Prepare and send local weekly / monthly reports:
- Open & Close presses
- Bladder presses committee
- Press dome packing committee
- Manufacturing cycle time
- Bladder manufacturing committee
