As an Environmental Engineer, you will be pivotal in driving environmental compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement across our operations, ensuring we meet and exceed corporate and regulatory standards. You will lead initiatives that strengthen our environmental systems and strategies, maintain the ISO 14001 certification, and support eco‑efficient processes that elevate our overall environmental performance. Your work will directly influence the development of a strong environmental culture throughout the organization, reinforcing long‑term responsibility and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and corporate environmental requirements, overseeing monitoring and control across operations. Maintain, recertify, and continuously improve the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, including support for internal, external, and corporate audits. Standardize, align, and support environmental systems, processes, and strategies to strengthen operational eco‑efficiency. Drive environmental communication and awareness by promoting best practices, sharing key information, and coordinating engagement initiatives. Define, implement, monitor, and control environmental objectives, goals, indicators, metrics, and supporting activities within the management system. Manage the environmental area’s budget, including investment planning and oversight of environmental capital projects. What We’re Looking For A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in environmental management (ISO 14001 system) and environmental licensing Professional Environmental Engineering Intern Auditor ISO 14001 What Will Set You Apart Experience in environmental legislation Specialization in: law / environmental law / business management / administration / ISO 14001:20015 leading auditor English Support Integrated System (14001) Leadership, proactivity, communication, flexibility, dynamism, sense of urgency and organization Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
