As a **Logistics Coordinator,** you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track and trace loads and specific shipments every 2 hours, making sure the driver is moving.
- Dispatching trucks for pick up and deliveries.
- Updating customers with effective real-time information about their shipments.
- Take care of expedite shipments.
- Supporting the team regarding data entry.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**: Experience working in night shifts in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations or logistics.
- **Language**: Good English skills. B2+ is preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Saturday from 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., the shift ends on Saturday morning. (We work by the American calendar).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellin, this position will be on-site. Depending on performance, working from home will be possible.
- **Salary: $ 2.657.500 COP **($ 2.000.000 COP + $ 542.500 COP for night work surcharges + $ 115.000 COP for transportation allowance).
