United States-based company hires a Load Planner/Logistics Coordinator to join the team.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Express Transportation & Logistics is a fast-growing logistics services company. Since 2017, we have specialized in providing hotshot operator services, managing tractor-trailer fleets, and offering logistics services to third-party owner-operators. As part of our dynamic and motivated team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and your career.

Entry-level applicants will be considered ONLY IF they have prior BPO/call center experience working with a US-based company.

In this role, you will negotiate with brokers in English while coordinating truck drivers over the phone and some of them speak only Spanish.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities:

-Perform market analysis to determine the best routes. SO, YOU MUST BE ANALYTICAL

-Call and email brokers to negotiate contracts. SO, YOU MUST BE A GOOD NEGOTIATOR

-Coordinate truck drivers. SO, YOU MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS & CHARISMA

-Generate documents and reports. SO, YOU MUST BE TECH-SAVVY

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college or post-secondary education preferred. Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using digital technology and systems for logistics coordination.

Attention to detail and accuracy is critical. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be a go-getter
