As a **Logistics Coordinator, **you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track and trace loads, communicate and do follow-ups on carriers, drivers, shippers and consignees.
- Make sure the updates are on time, call on time the drivers and clients supervising the freights are pick up and delivered in a proper way. Check current location of drivers and check details such as transport temperature.
- Dispatch loads, assign a driver to the loads, and negotiate and agree on prices with the drivers.
- Quote and create new bookings in the warehouses, and update them in the system.
- Update their status in the system. Data entry on load boards, portals, and TMS (Transport Management System). Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation.
- Detect any issues that may arise in the logistics operation and ensure any deviance from the load plan is promptly communicated to adjust.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics. Having experience working in night shifts would be a plus.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellín. This position will be on site at We Work Santa Fe.
- **Salary**: 2.500.000 COP.
