**Descripción**

The Training Specialist Senior - Change Management Analyst is tasked with developing training content and improving the quality of existing content to meet the needs of the company. It will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing courses, and facilitating learning initiatives as well as doing training facilitation.

Will be responsible for guiding and enabling the implementation of change initiatives within the organization. This role is crucial to ensure that changes are implemented effectively, minimizing resistance and maximizing employee acceptance.

1. Consulting with management and leaders across the retail business to identify training needs and to ensure course content, training methodologies, and training materials meet those needs.

2. Identifies appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, nature of training being delivered, audience location, point within the learning process, and engages in needs assessments, course content development, program assessments, and participant testing/evaluations.

3. Coordinates with onboarding specialists to deliver structured training to new hires, both trainees and experienced hires.

4. Conducting New-Hire training.

5. Developing and administering tools to measure effectiveness of training programs.

6. Making recommendations based on measurements to improve quality of training programs.

7. Assisting in sourcing third party training vendors.

8. May provide one-on-one and small group teaching support to End Users.

9. Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation of projects and organizational transformations.

10. Assess the impact of change on the organization and design appropriate communication and training plans.

11. Collaborate with leaders from different departments to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for change.

12. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

13. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

14. Other functions that the leader assigns related to the role.

**Acerca de ti**

Education

Minimum academic level: Bachelor's degree

Studies in: Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Marketing, and/or related fields.

Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). / Writing skills with ability to design and write training materials.

Proficient computer and software (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills required.

Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

Advanced level of English.

Desirable, Intermediate level of Portuguese.

Desirable change management certification.

Ideal, knowledge in Salesforce.

Experience

Experience Time: 3 Years (Preferably)

Experience in: Minimum 3 years of experience handling Core Learning Systems management and being a functional leader handling experience and technical systems for training. Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, project management or related roles.

Experience understanding training needs and generating content through expert involvement to generate efficiencies through knowledge.

Desirable E2E retail process knowledge.

Ability to travel.
