**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Specialist in Edificio Forum at Cl. 7 Sur #42 - 70, El Poblado, Medellín, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming customer messages, resolving inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer interactions to improve service delivery. You will be joining an existing team in this office to expand our hours of coverage and support. The target start date for this position is May 6.
**Qualifications**
- C1-level proficiency in English
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Analytical Skills for evaluating customer interactions
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing technical assistance
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer support
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

**Schedule**
There will be a rotating schedule between team members supporting customers from 8:00AM to 11:00PM Eastern time zone 7 days per week.
**Salary**
COP 5,000,000.00 per month
