**Shift**:Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Job description**: The Scheduling Associate is a pivotal role responsible for managing and coordinating patient visits by aligning them with staff availability and suitability. This role serves as a crucial link between caregivers and families, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills. Additionally, the job involves addressing client concerns, responding to calls, and potentially managing on-call hours.

**Responsabilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule in-home patient visits with healthcare providers efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers, patients, and their families.
- Address and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Monitor and document care issues, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Enter instructions for scheduling in the electronic medical record.
- Make or respond to telephone calls promptly to establish or confirm appointments.
- Collect existing and new patient insurance information for insurance verification purposes. **Support in maintaining and updating patient medical records.**:

- Enter data into various electronic systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- Experience in an office setting or direct patient care, such as a certified nursing assistant role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in scheduling is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
- Ability to meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of PC and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail orientation for examining documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Customer service skills, with a courteous approach to supporting patients and colleagues.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage changing priorities and heavy workload
