**About this role**

This job requires intermediate level understanding of the Service Request Management practice. It is also expected that the Service Request Management Analyst to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide meaningful improvement suggestions.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the process; ensuring operating procedures are documented to support the activities.
- Assigning tasks to Catalog Editors for execution.
- Coordinating interfaces between service catalog management and other processes
- Ensuring that all operational services (and those being prepared) are recorded within the service catalog.
- Ensuring that appropriate views of the service catalog are maintained and made available to those for whom they are targeted.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Essential Qualifications_
- Bachelor's degree, M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or related
- Advance English is required
- This job would require at 2-3 years of experience working
- Experience in the ESM implementation, help in testing Service Requests, coordinate with ESM CoE, Automation, or Architecture teams for designing solutions.
- Analyzing data, documents, user input surveys, and workflow to determine which course of action will satisfy the business problem.
