**What We'll Bring**:
TU Procure is a team of professional buyers and negotiators that acquire products and services that TransUnion requires both locally and globally. The team also manages the relationships with vendors that supply TransUnion and also interfaces with other internal functions that oversee third party relationships such as Information Security, Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, and Third Party Risk functions. The team manages RFI’s, RFP’s and Predictive Benchmarks to facilitate the bidding process. The two most important objectives in our negotiations is to protect the company and to get the best possible cost of ownership for the products and services being acquired.

**What You'll Bring**:

- BA/BS degree or 4-6 years of equivalent work in strategic sourcing, vendor management, source to pay process
- Experience in Procure to Pay systems such as Ariba, Coupa
- Experience working with contracts management tools is a plus
- Provides customer service; builds strategic relationships with internal customers and operational leaders; assists with additional duties as assigned
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong skills in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Written and verbal communications skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Customer Service focus
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to detail

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Ability to effectively communicate across various teams both internally and externally
- Support low dollar and low risk purchases
- Management and administration of requests, purchase orders and forms in Procurement system ensuring effective process flow, meeting business expectations and supporting improvements to drive value
- Request fulfillment by coordinating quick bids from suppliers for tactical/low dollar purchases
- Ability to administer and support Procurement systems
- Contract renewal management and fulfillment
- Support Procurement Tactical Team Lead on Tactical Team projects and initiatives
- Support the Strategic Buyers - providing general administrative and analytical work to drive cost savings, risk reduction and operational improvement
- Delivery of customer service level expectations (value, supply, quality, innovation, risk management)
