**Responsibilities**
- Build, connect, and maintain APIs, especially for **Twilio**, **OpenAI**, **Calendly**, **Google**, etc.
- Integrate and automate workflows using **n8n** or similar automation platforms
- Work on AI-driven functionalities including chatbot logic, voice assistants, and learning systems
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software and database systems
- Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and best practices in AI and software development
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- Strong experience in **React**, **Node.js**, and **Python**:
- Solid understanding of **Twilio API** (calls, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Experience building and deploying automation with **n8n** or similar tools
- Experience with **OpenAI API** or other LLMs (chatbot logic, prompt engineering, training data)
- Familiarity with database systems like **MongoDB**, **PostgreSQL**, or **MySQL**:
- Proficiency in **REST APIs**, **WebSockets**, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.)
- Good spoken and written English - must be able to communicate clearly with international teams
**Preferred (Bonus) Skills**
- Experience with **TypeScript**:
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Background in SaaS product development
- Familiarity with CRM systems or building custom CRMs
- Experience working in Agile or startup environments
