IT Sr. Business & Systems Analyst- CHUBB Chubb, a leading global insurance company with a presence in more than 54 countries, is opening its new Engineering Center in Bogotá. This strategic hub will drive digital transformation and the development of innovative technology solutions for the company worldwide. We are seeking a mid-level IT Business and Systems Analyst to support a variety of projects across our Accident, Health, and Life insurance product lines in the United States and Canada. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to gather and document business requirements, perform detailed systems analysis, and help design and implement effective technology solutions. Your work will span multiple areas within both individual and group insurance, including policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and billing. Youll contribute throughout the full project lifecycle from requirements definition through solution delivery while operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments depending on project needs. What You’ll Do Lead the requirements and systems analysis process for large, cross-functional initiatives. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Drive solution design sessions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards. Facilitate executive-level workshops and stakeholder alignment. Mentor and provide oversight to junior BAs on project teams. Partner with QA and business to define test strategies, validate outcomes, and support UAT. Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and strategic planning for technology solutions. Anticipate risks and dependencies across systems and projects. ️ What Were Looking For Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industries. In-depth knowledge of Accident, Health, and Life insurance products, processes, and operations. Proven hands‑on experience with policy administration, claims, billing, and/or underwriting systems. Demonstrated ability to deliver successful outcomes in both Agile and Waterfall project environments. Exceptional facilitation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the U.S. and Canadian markets, including HIPAA, PIPEDA, and relevant state or provincial regulations.
