We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the delivery of healthcare IT projects from initiation through closure. This role focuses on ensuring projects meet defined timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.

Operating within a dynamic U.S.based hospital system, the Project Manager will coordinate the implementation of IT solutions that enhance infrastructure and capabilities. The environment requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing individual projects or smaller workstreams, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Success in this role requires collaboration across teams and vendors, with the ability to communicate effectively and escalate issues when needed.

**LEVEL OF ACADEMIC EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years in project management roles, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Bilingual level required (Spanish - English)
