**Descripción**

El Data & AI Tech Lead será responsable de liderar y desarrollar los proyectos de desarrollo de soluciones basadas en Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence.

**Cómo lograrás un impacto**

1. Desarrollar las soluciones de desarrollo de software relacionadas con Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence.
2. Realizar soporte técnico sobre las soluciones de Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence que se encuentran productivas.
3. Apoyar técnicamente la toma de decisiones en la definición y planeación de proyectos de Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence.

**Acerca de ti**
- Profesional (culminado o en curso) ideal con Especialización, MBA, entre otros.
- Matemáticas, Física, Ingenierías; Industrial, Software, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, o química, Estadística, Economistas y/o carreras equivalentes. Ideal postgrados en Business Intelligence y/o en Inteligencia Artificial.
- 3 años de experiência en gerencias y áreas relacionadas con el desarrollo de soluciones de data analytics y/o Artificial Intelligence.
- Nível de ingles intermedio (B1)
- Experiência con metodologías de gestión del cambio.

Ideal:

- Dominio en Python, enfocado en la construcción y despliegue de modelos de machine learning e inteligencia artificial.
- Amplia experiência en la preparación y transformación de datos, extracción y selección de atributos (feature engineering), entrenamiento y validación de modelos.
- Experiência y/o conocimientos en metodologías de gobierno de datos como DAMA y/o CrispDM
- experiência implementando algoritmos de machine learning, incluyendo aprendizaje supervisado y no supervisado, deep learning y procesamiento de lenguaje natural.
- Sólido entendimiento de análisis estadístico, minería de datos y técnicas de análisis exploratorio de datos, con experiência práctica en el análisis de conjuntos de datos estructurados y no estructurados.
- Experiência en visualización de datos utilizando herramientas como Power BI.
