Our team is expanding We are in need of a seasoned, self-driven **Senior AI Engineer**to join us part-time. If you are an expert in taking ownership and solving complex problems with creativity and grit, you’ll fit right in.

**What you’ll need**:

- **5-10 years of engineering** experience, including **3+ years in data engineering** and **1+ year in AI**;
- Expertise building scalable **data pipelines and platforms** (Spark, S3, Databricks, Snowflake);
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI systems, particularly **RAG** and **memory-focused architectures**;
- Familiarity with modern **AI tools and techniques** — foundation models, vector databases, prompt engineering, system evaluation;
- Strong knowledge of** data architecture patterns** (medallion, STAR), incremental ingestion, and data quality assurance;
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and work independently;
- Ownership-driven mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and ship results quickly in a fast-paced environment.
