**We're hiring AI Developer/ Data Engineer - Bogotá (Hybrid)**:

We're currently looking for an **AI Developer** with full professional proficiency in English to support our AI-native logistics automation platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with **LLMs, multi-agent systems, inference monitoring, and secure AI infrastructure**.

If you’re passionate about building scalable AI solutions with real-world impact, this role is for you. **Language**: English - Mandatory

**What You’ll Do**- Build and monitor AI pipelines that power logistics workflows- Ingest and structure data for embedding models- Validate outputs, monitor LLM inference, and tune prompts- Work with OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, vector databases, and more

**What You Bring**- 1+ years of experience in AI, ML, or NLP projects (including internships)- Python proficiency and experience with LLM APIs- Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, global tech environment

**Lo que harás**- Construir y monitorear flujos de IA para procesos logísticos- Preparar e integrar datos para modelos de embeddings- Validar resultados, afinar prompts y hacer seguimiento a inferencias- Trabajar con herramientas como OpenAI, Claude, LangChain y bases de datos vectoriales

**Lo que buscamos**- Más de 1 año de experiência en proyectos de IA, ML o NLP (incluyendo pasantías)- Manejo de Python y familiaridad con APIs de modelos de lenguaje- Motivación para crecer en un entorno global y dinámico
