Como Mass Market Channel Coordinator, serás responsable de apoyar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de estrategias comerciales en el canal Mass Market (Tradicional, Supermercados de cadena e independientes, y Catálogos). Trabajarás en conjunto con el equipo de ventas y el modelo de servicio tercerizado para asegurar la excelencia operativa y estratégica en los puntos de venta.

Responsabilidades Clave
- Diseñar y ejecutar planes comerciales, promociones, activaciones y materiales POP enfocados en el Sell Out.
- Maximizar el ROI de las actividades del canal y asegurar una cobertura eficiente en punto de venta.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias de visibilidad, activaciones BTL y comunicación operativa.
- Analizar datos de mercado (Nielsen, IQVIA, ventas internas) para generar insights y planes de acción.
- Coordinar con terceros para garantizar la correcta ejecución de la estrategia comercial.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, normativas legales y estándares de calidad y seguridad.
- Manejo, control y seguimiento del presupuesto para la inversión en clientes y en el canal.

Requisitos
- 3+ años de experiência en roles comerciales en empresas de consumo masivo o salud del consumidor.
- Experiência en Trade Marketing, ventas y shopper marketing en canales de supermercados y tradicional.
- Habilidades analíticas, liderazgo comercial, manejo de equipos y relacionamiento.
- Dominio avanzado de herramientas como Office, Power BI, Nielsen.
- Capacidad para gestionar presupuestos, presentar en auditorios y adaptarse rápidamente.
