**Your Mission**
Your mission as a** Mid. Business Analyst** is to work and develop business case scenarios that meet the real customer’s need within the scope, time and financial frameworks Performing high-level analysis to determine feasibility of the cost /benefit of project solution and produce required documentation.

**Who are we looking for?**
Talented Business Analyst filled with curiosity and passion. Creative individuals with a global mindset whom can think outside of the box, wear different hats and work in multi-functional, multi-cultural teams. Strong analytical skills and high research, design, documentation and software modification capabilities throughout the production life cycle.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial engineering, Process engineering, Administration or similar.
- 3 - 4 years of previously business analysis experience designing requirements for Software development projects **Required**:
- Experience with: Workshops, Demo, Agile/SCRUM/ SAFe sprints, user stories creation **Required**:
- ITIL v3 or 4 Knowledge or certification ** **Desired**:
- ITSM tool experience (Remedy, Servicenow, Solarwind, Jira, zendesk, Soho, HP service manager, or any other ITSM tool) **Desired**
