Senior Marketing Coordinator

Genetec is a market leader and innovative technology company with a broad solutions portfolio that encompasses security, intelligence, and operations. We are expanding rapidly in the LATAM region and seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with initiative and drive to join our marketing team to help expand our customer and market footprint by focusing on pan-regional lead generation campaigns, integrated marketing, event management and brand awareness activities.

The key criteria for success in this position is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (including external agencies) to bring strategy to life, manage competing priorities, have good communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders, and exceptional project management skills.

**What your day will look like**:

- Coordinate the preparation and execution of key LATAM Regional Marketing activities and events in the region, such us end-customers and channel conferences, seminars, tradeshows, sponsorships, etc.
- Manage the translations in Spanish including the submission of new requests, making sure the translations are back on time, uploading the final content in our website or where is needed
- Make sure the content in the Spanish website is up-to-date including product and vertical pages, blogs, press releases, news coverage, regional events, etc.
- Effectively cleaning leads from marketing activities and uploading them into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Make sure the database in the CRM is updated and clean
- Support Regional Marketing Managers to monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and maximize the effectiveness of the marketing spend
- Manage inventory of promotional items, including researching and ordering of new items and to coordinate the distribution of marketing materials between offices

**About you**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry
- You are passionate about marketing and branding
- Strong marketing skills: specifically, in events management and logistics, digital marketing, and project management
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Spanish
- Professional Working Proficiency in English
- Excel at working with data and spreadsheets to provide reporting information and help inform business decisions
- Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and can juggle several tasks at once
- Deadline driven and communicative with status updates and project timelines
- Comfortable working in a remote team environment

**Cómo será tu día de trabajo**:

- Coordinarás la ejecución de actividades y eventos de marketing en la región, tales como conferencias de clientes finales y de canal, seminarios, ferias, patrocinios, entre otros.
- Ayudarás a ejecutar programas de marketing digital efectivos alineados con campañas de marketing integradas (correos masivos, webinars, SEM/SEO, ads, redes sociales) y lead nurturing
- Gestionarás todo el proceso de traducciones en español coordinando con departamentos internos y agencias externas para asegurarte de que el contenido esté listo a tiempo y publicado donde sea requerido
- Actualizarás el contenido del sitio web en español, incluidas las páginas de verticales y productos, blogs, comunicados de prensa, cobertura de noticias, eventos regionales, entre otros.
- Limpiarás eficazmente los leads obtenidos de las actividades de marketing y los cargarás en el sistema de CRM. Te asegurarás de que la base de datos en el CRM esté actualizada y limpia
- Apoyarás a los gerentes regionales de marketing en el monitoreo del presupuesto para garantizar la eficiencia de costos y maximización de efectividad de los gastos con base en los objetivos
