We are hiring two exceptional **Customer Success Managers (CSMs)** to join our fast-growing team in **Medellín, Colombia**. Position 1: Customer Success Manager - Marketing Focus

In this role, you will work closely with **digital marketing and social media clients**, managing campaigns, addressing their needs, and ensuring successful outcomes. Prior experience in marketing, social media management, or client service is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture client relationships within the marketing and social media space.
- Oversee project execution with internal marketing, design, and content teams.
- Ensure clients receive regular updates and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide support on digital marketing tools and services.
- Identify and propose upsell opportunities to maximize client value.

Position 2: Customer Success Manager - Call Center Focus

This role is designed for someone with experience in **call centers or BPO operations**, capable of managing client accounts, monitoring service levels, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for call center and BPO clients.
- Coordinate internal operations teams to meet performance and service standards.
- Monitor client KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Onboard new clients and train them on CRM and call management systems.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of any client concerns.

What We’re Looking For in Both RolesRequired Skills and Qualities:

- **Perfect English (written and spoken) — C1/C2 level required.**:

- **Friendly, polite, and professional personality**—you must feel **comfortable jumping on video or phone calls with American clients**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Fast learner who can master **CRM platforms, call systems, and digital tools**.
- Highly **responsible, organized, and proactive** in managing tasks and solving problems.
- Previous experience in **marketing, social media, BPO, customer service, or account management** is preferred.
