Join Driv.in Your main duties will be We are looking for our next Customer Success Consultant for Colombia who, reporting to our Head of Customer Success, will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients with the use and implementation of our solution through the establishment of valuable relationships through constant consultative support. Specifically: Be the main point of contact with clients, building trusting relationships in assigned accounts. Ensure proper implementation and onboarding of new clients by leading the project comprehensively. Generate actions to promote the adoption, commitment and depth of use of the solution by our clients. Monitor regular interactions with customers, ensuring resolution and follow-up of errors and problems. Generate and implement tools that facilitate use for the client, incorporating development and improvement proposals. Monitor, use and constantly attend to the support and attention channels for our users to resolve incidents and propose product improvements. To support the sales team with the necessary functional knowledge for prospects in the pipeline. What we expect from you 3 years or more of experience in related positions. Experience in account management and B2B customer service. Affinity for technology and willingness to learn. Experience using CRM systems. Experience in dealing with clients at different hierarchical levels. Experience managing projects (Desirable).
