Descripción de la vacante:
Supervisor de Servicios para área de HVAC. Manejo de equipo tecnico de campo.
Principales competencias:
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência exitosa en servicio de campo en sistemas HVAC: reparaciones, mantenimientos y retrofits equipos de agua helada.
- Cursos de refrigeración industrial y HVAC
- Conocimiento en compresores magnéticos, centrífugos, scroll y screll, enfriadores de gran y pequeño tonelaje
- Es una ventaja el conocimiento en equipos de absorción. Es una ventaja el conocimiento sobre lógica de control BMS.
- Se prefiere una licenciatura o equivalente en ingeniería
- Experiência previa exitosa en un rol de supervisor / líder de equipo con habilidades de formación de equipos
- Habilidades de manejo con clientes sob presion. Buscar soluciones frente a problemas encontrados.
- Habilidades analíticas, de pensamiento estratégico, interpersonales y de equipo comprobadas
- Personalidad asertiva con un fuerte sesgo por la acción, orientada a resultados, innovadora, que aborda problemas difíciles con plazos firmes.
- Habla español con fluidez, con un buen conocimiento de lectura en inglés, redacción de manuales y habilidades básicas de presentación.
- Perspicacia de ventas / operaciones, práctica y mentalidad de poder hacer
Formación: Tecnólogo o Ingeniería Mecánica, con énfasis en aire acondicionado, refrigeración y ventilación. Preferible experiência en fabricantes del sector.
