Aventus Group is on the lookout for an ambitious CEO for our company in Colombia with relocation.
Are you a passionate leader with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a proven track record in the microfinance/banking industry?

**Your Mission as CEO**:

- Drive Growth and Innovation. Develop and execute strategic plans to solidify Aventus Group's position as a leader in the global fintech market;
- Lead with Vision. Oversee all aspects of company operations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence;
- Optimize and Expand. Streamline internal processes, identify new growth opportunities, and expand our reach into new markets;
- Build Strong Relationships. Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction;
- Lead and Inspire. Motivate and empower our talented team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive leadership roles;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance/banking (loans)/payment provider organizations;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
- Decisive and confident leadership style;
- Deep understanding of business processes and FinTech technologies;
- Passion for innovation and driving positive change.
