- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing openings
- Collaborate closely with the U.S.based recruiting team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruiting for **U.S.based positions**:

- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
- High-speed internet and a quiet, comfortable workspace
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
