Job description: The Competitive Intelligence Associate supports the Competitive Strategy team by gathering, organizing, and summarizing information about the Human Capital Management (HCM) market. This role focuses on collecting data from public sources, CRM tools, and internal systems to help inform business decisions. Responsibilities include compiling competitive insights, assisting with battlecards and pricing summaries, supporting survey and win/loss program administration, and preparing basic reports.

Skills and qualifications:

- Experience in business research, market data collection, or related support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Basic understanding of research practices and attention to detail
- Strong written English; professional Spanish required.
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and following structured workflows
- Discreet with sensitive company and competitor information
- 1-3 years of experience in a research or administrative support role
- Familiarity with competitor tracking or market research
- Interest in the HCM, payroll, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry
- Basic comfort reviewing business or pricing information.
- Experience with IA - Preferable ChatGPT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and organize competitor information from CRM systems, research tools, public sources, and internal requests
- Assist in creating and updating comparison summaries, basic SWOTs, and presentation materials for internal use
- Help manage the administration of win/loss interviews and surveys as assigned
- Support the development of competitive battlecards and pricing summaries by providing relevant data
- Track research assignments and provide timely updates on deliverables
- Maintain organized files and accurate data records for all intelligence activities
- Escalate findings that require further analysis or review by senior team members
