Job Title: Business Systems & AI Specialist
Location: Remote Latin America Preferred 
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Salary Range: $1,000 to $2,000 USD /Month
Language Requirements: Spanish and English Intermediate to Professional proficiency

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems & AI Specialist with expertise in system integrations, automation, and AI enablement to join our growing team. You will play a key role in optimizing our digital ecosystem by connecting platforms, improving workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, cross-departmental collaboration, and the companys overall digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations across business-critical platforms to ensure seamless system connectivity.

  • Build automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom APIs to streamline manual processes.

  • Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements in reporting, document handling, and predictive analytics.

  • Research, test, and deploy emerging AI tools to improve performance across departments.

  • Develop and maintain centralized databases and real-time dashboards for KPI tracking.

  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and secure system operations across the organization.

  • Provide technical support for digital tools, ensuring proper adoption and effective use company-wide.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience with integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, productivity automation, and workflow optimization.

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and KPI reporting systems (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Ability to manage databases and ensure accurate, real-time data flow across platforms.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting users with digital tools.

  • Knowledge of secure IT practices and compliance requirements.

  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience redesigning business processes for scalability and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and vendor management.

  • Background in digital transformation or systems enablement projects.

  • Experience training teams on new technologies, tools, or dashboards.
