**UX Research Analyst PART-TIME con inglés (3 meses renovable)**

**Position Overview**:
As a UX Research Analyst, you will spearhead user-centered research initiatives to inform and optimize the design of our client's digital products. Your role will be crucial in establishing UX best practices and advancing our UX maturity levels. You will utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to deliver actionable insights that drive product innovation and improve user satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute user experience research projects across various product releases.
- Develop and implement comprehensive research frameworks to uncover critical user pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform and guide UX improvements.
- Establish and manage usability testing programs, conducting regular sessions with users.
- Utilize analytics tools to track user engagement metrics and identify optimization opportunities.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record in leading research initiatives.
- Proficiency in various research methodologies including usability testing, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and survey design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Hotjar, Figma, Miro, and analytics tools like Power BI.
- Advanced English proficiency.
