Remote Performance Paralegal

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee cases through the utilization of case management and billing systems to meet both internal and external deadlines.
- Follow internal office procedures.
- Make regular updates to our case management system including client information, case tracking information, and client communications.
- Maintain electronic files and documents to document all activity on behalf of clients.
- Ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress of their cases.
- Assist attorneys and other team members to manage caseload.
- Complete daily assignments and communicate case progress on a weekly basis.
**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of performance improvement plans
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Case Management Softwares, such as Clio and Airtable, preferred.
**Pay Rate: $8.00-$11/hr**
