As an **Trace and Trace Representative**, you will be in charge of monitoring freight movements and ensuring on-time delivery across all active shipments. You’ll proactively communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to maintain real-time visibility, resolve service issues, and uphold customer expectations. Using tools like load boards and Truckertools, you’ll track shipment progress, log key events, and provide accurate updates that support seamless logistics operations and strong carrier performance.some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Navigate and prioritize loads across multiple freight boards, aligning shipment execution with delivery deadlines and customer service standards.
- Conduct proactive check calls, maintain accurate event logs, and ensure continuous real-time visibility of shipments through digital tracking tools.
- Enable and monitor carriers via Truckertools, following up on on-time delivery (OTD) performance and resolving any tracking or communication issues promptly.
- Build and sustain strong communication with carriers and dispatch teams to prevent service disruptions and uphold customer commitments.
- Record and share operational insights, creating documentation and best-practice notes to support process consistency and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- **Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience as a Track and Trace Representative, Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher or Logistics related.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.
**Perks**:
- **Schedule**: Thursday to Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm., following the American calendar.
- **Contract**:Indefinite term contract
- **Location**:Remote in Colombia
- **Salary: 3,300.000 COP**
