Key Responsibilities:

- Networking:

- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support organizational needs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and security.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to integrate and optimize network components.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
- Electronic Medical Record Implementation:

- Assist in the selection and deployment of EMR systems, including software setup and configuration.
- Train healthcare staff on the use of EMR systems, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Work with clinical teams to ensure that workflows are optimized for EMR usage.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation and integration of EMR solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network administration and support.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and healthcare IT standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in networking (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) and EMR systems.
- Experience with HIPAA regulations and data privacy in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical practices.

Work Environment: This position may require occasional travel to various healthcare facilities and may involve evening or weekend hours during the implementation phases.
