- We are looking for our next Manager for our new project in Colombia. If you have experience managing a soccer team, dealing with suppliers, and managing different types of documents, we are waiting for your CV
- Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily.
**What will you do**:
- Launching a project to open football sections for children in Latin America countries.-
- Search, select and train trainers,-
- Preparation of sites for launch, purchase of inventory and equipment-
- Control of payments under wage and lease agreements, organization of supervision with the project methodologist and psychologist, organization of additional training for trainers, solution of organizational issues-
- Coordination of the coverage of the project in social networks and on the website (a copywriter, designer and smm manager will help, but you need to be prepared to prepare materials yourself)-
- Communication with potential project partners and search for local sponsors-
- Document management**What do we expect from you**:
- Intermediate
- advance Excel;-
- Experience as a project manager, which means the ability to structure tasks, plan working hours, budgets, make independent decisions-
- Fluent English Speaking/Writing;-
- Knowledge of local language-
- Willingness to communicate a lot with the organizers of sections in the field-
- Experience working with documentation (contracts, acts, invoices)-
- Will be a plus: experience in football / sports as a manager**Working terms**:
