**About the Role**
As a **Project Manager**, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating implementation projects involving system conversion and customization for our clients. **Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Systems Engineering**, **Industrial Engineering**, or related field
- ** Postgraduate degree or certification** in Project Management (PMP or similar preferred)
- ** 5-6 years of experience** leading projects, preferably within software companies
- Proven track record managing **SaaS or financial system projects**
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and planning techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in **client-facing roles**
- Familiarity with **Zoho**, **Jira**, **Confluence**, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of information technology concepts and platforms
- Experience with **HTML**, **SQL**, **XML**, **Visual Studio**, **Azure**, and other Microsoft products is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency (**C1 level** required)
