- Establish and enforce quality standards, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, scope changes, and decisions made throughout the project lifecycle.
- Will be working closely with our Founder in his home office in Medellin, CO.
- This position might involve some travel.
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
