**IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER**

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement a strategic technology plan aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all IT initiatives, including infrastructure maintenance, data management, network security, and software development.
- Optimize the performance of the IT service desk and operations in collaboration with IT Global Services Manager.
- Direct IT projects from concept to implementation and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and add value to the business.
- Act as the primary liaison with senior leadership and stakeholders on IT-related matters.
- Implement IT service management best practices, aligning with industry standards and company objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships for high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Ensure company data and information are protected by enforcing cybersecurity measures.
- Foster a culture of innovation in the IT department to create technology solutions that enhance business outcomes.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- IT Budget Efficiency: Monitor and optimize IT operational and capital expenditure against the budget.
- Project Delivery: Track the number of IT projects delivered on time and within budget.
- IT Service Availability: Ensure near 100% uptime for all critical systems and services.
- User Satisfaction: Conduct regular assessments of internal and external users' satisfaction with IT services.
- Security Compliance: Monitor and report on the number of IT security incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Vendor Performance: Evaluate vendor performance and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- IT Innovation: Implement and track the number of new technology solutions that drive business growth or efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in IT strategic planning, organization, and development.
- Experience managing and delivering IT projects.
- Strong understanding of IT service management best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
