**What You'll Bring**:
We are seeking a **Client Solutions Engineer** who will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to understand **their strategic goals and technical needs**. You will act as the main liaison to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. You will deliver value through customized technical solutions, proactive account management, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements**:
**You'll Need**:
- **Fluent English C1-C2 (must have)**:
- 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, project management, or similar client-facing roles.
- **Experience in the SaaS and startup environment.**:
- Advanced capability to assess and understand clients' intricate technical environments, systems, and network architectures to provide highly customized solutions.
- **Ability to deliver exceptional, personalized support, ensuring clients receive comprehensive assistance that exceeds standard expectations and enables their business success.**:
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels.
- **A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on initiative, efficiency, and delivering high-quality outcomes in challenging situations.**:
- Deep technical expertise in the organization's products and services, including their underlying technologies, configurations, and integration methods.
- **Proficiency in diagnosing and addressing complex technical issues, including system design flaws, integration challenges, and performance optimization.**:
- Experience leading projects, from detailed planning to **execution of complex technical tasks and overseeing deployment and integration activities**.
- Ability to analyze complex technical data, system performance metrics, and reports to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Familiarity with a broad range of relevant technologies, platforms, and software used by clients and the organization, including emerging tech trends.
- **Excellent communication skills**, capable of conveying complex technical and non-technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Proficient in delivering training and support to clients, enabling them to utilize the full potential of the company's solutions.
**Nice to Have**:
- Technical certifications relevant to the field.
- **Knowledge **of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- **Expertise** in cybersecurity best practices to ensure robust protection of client systems and data.
- **Knowledge** of Zoho, JSON, and project management tools like Jira, with the ability to integrate these technologies into client solutions.
