Social Media Virtual Assistant

We are two fast-growing U.S.based companies seeking a talented and creative **Social Media Virtual Assistant** to help expand our digital presence:

- **A List Virtual Solutions (AVS)** - a global outsourcing agency that connects businesses with high-performing virtual professionals.
- **A List Therapy Group (ALTG)** - a leading California-based healthcare provider with over 500 clinicians and partnerships with 300+ hospitals and agencies.

We are building a long-term social media strategy across multiple platforms to attract new clients, highlight our culture, and build strong community engagement.

If you love AI video creation, marketing trends, storytelling, and brand growth, this role is for you.

**Role Overview**

You will be responsible for **creating high-quality AI-generated and real-person content**, managing ad campaigns, engaging with followers, and helping us grow both brands online.
This is a creative and analytical role that blends **video production, marketing strategy, and audience engagement**.

**Key Responsibilities** **Content Creation**:

- Use **Sora** (or similar AI tools like HeyGen or Synthesia) to **create 8** **or more short, realistic “talking-person” videos per week**.
- Develop scripts, generate avatars or voiceovers, and ensure videos look authentic and on-brand.
- Edit and enhance videos using **CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express** for platform optimization.
- Create additional static and carousel content (graphics, stories, reels) tailored for **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok**.
- Maintain consistent visual branding, tone, and storytelling for both companies.

**Social Media Management**:

- Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts across all company accounts using Meta Business Suite or Later/Hootsuite.
- Engage directly with followers — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
- Identify relevant industry accounts, hashtags, and influencers to interact with and grow reach.
- Manage a simple content calendar with planned topics, captions, and posting times.

**Advertising & Growth**:

- Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Track metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) and generate simple reports weekly.
- Suggest data-driven improvements to increase ad performance and lead generation.
- Experiment with different creatives and audiences to continuously improve ROI.

**Community & Brand Building**:

- Research current trends in AI, business outsourcing, and healthcare to keep our content relevant and educational.
- Suggest new ideas for reels, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
- Maintain our voice as professional, innovative, and trustworthy while making content approachable and fun.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Proven success in **AI video creation** (Ssona, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar tools).
- Experience running **Meta Ads (FB/IG)** and **LinkedIn Ads**.
- Proficient in **CapCut, Canva, and Meta Business Suite**.
- Excellent written and spoken **English.** you’ll be communicating with U.S. audiences.
- Strong understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and optimization strategies.
- Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented — able to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: familiarity with healthcare, B2B, or outsourcing industries.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable internet and computer setup for video creation.
- Availability of 15-25 hours per week.
- Ability to deliver 4+ videos and 4-6 static posts weekly.
- Long-term mindset — we’re looking for a consistent team member, not a short gig.

**Compensation & Growth**

**Pay**: $600-$800 USD/month (depending on experience and performance).
**Hours**: 15-25 hours per week (part-time, flexible).
**Location**: Remote - ideally based in Colombia or Latin America.
**Growth**: Opportunity to grow into a Social Media Manager or Creative Lead role overseeing additional team members.
