Team Overview:
The Supply Marketing team is in charge of creating campaigns for all new and existing Drivers and Couriers to find in DiDi their best partner to increase their earnings.Having engaged Drivers and Couriers is the cornerstone of our business and from our team we make sure we are giving them the right messages at the right time.We are looking for a Supply Marketing Senior Manager that is a good leader, resourceful and creative. A true team-player that is proactive and not afraid of taking challenges.You will be interacting with stakeholders across Latam from different areas, enriching your knowledge of the business and opening possibilities to understand how a fast-paced company works.Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager in the supply marketing team, your responsibilities would encompass strategic leadership and execution, including:
**Strategy Development**: Spearhead the development of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. This involves analyzing the business and brand, identifying and understanding target audiences, and crafting innovative approaches to reach them effectively.**Team Leadership**: Provide direction and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.-
**Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI. You'll be responsible for tracking expenditures, evaluating cost-effectiveness, and optimizing spending across different marketing initiatives.**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.**Business Analysis and Reporting**: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the impact of marketing initiatives to the leadership team. You'll track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Overall, as a Senior Manager in the supply marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of the company's marketing efforts, leading your team to achieve ambitious goals and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree on Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing
- +8 years of experience in marketing
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills to build relationships, engage and work hand on hand with key partners from internal areas
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excitement to generate marketing actions that impact Courier's and Driver’s lives and our business.
- Data-driven mindset to ensure results evaluation and to make informed decisions.
- Positive hands-on attitude and willingness to find creative solutions to everyday challenges.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Preferred previous experience in tech industry, start-ups
